Learn from me - BACKUP BACKUP BACKUP!!!!!

Recently I decided to close a site that I lost focus on and decided I didn't want anymore. Well, when I went into my SQL I had iPost on my mind and well... deleted the WRONG DATABASE!! And no, I had NO backup db saved. Even though SMF makes it EXTREMELY easy to backup your db, I never took the time to back it up. My host backs up the site and is happy to restore it to any point in time... for $150, which I don't have. So, I'm having to start from scratch. From now on I'll be a backup maniac and backing up (at least) weekly. So PLEASE, learn from me and back your stuff up... and back up often!

I have made a mistake almost like your, but not exactly.  Anyway, I'am back and will help you rebuild.

But, I expect you to back up your data.  I put a lot of effort into posting on your forum, and now its all gone.

Don't worry you are not the only one who made the mistake of not backing up. I lost my whole site too .

I lost my whole site, about 10 times Luckily now I'm taking every precaution to do it right.
